Job summary

V-Soft Consulting is seeking an Architect - Solutions Architecture Lead (Apps Dev Manager) in Phoenix, AZ to lead architecture efforts and guide engineering teams. This role focuses on creating strategic AI/architecture roadmaps and designing scalable systems that integrate AI models with existing software and user interfaces.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of lead experience, a BS in CS or CE, and strength in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Local candidates in Phoenix are preferred.

Qualifications

• Lead experience: at least 3+ years managing employees.
• Bachelor’s in computer science or computer engineering.
• Proficiencies and techniques developed through training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Roadmapping: create and maintain a technical vision and multi-year AI/architecture roadmap that aligns with business objectives.
• System Design & Integration: design scalable, secure, and resilient architectures that integrate AI models into existing enterprise software and interfaces.
• Technical Evaluation & Prototyping: assess vendor AI solutions and open-source models.

Education and Experience

• Software Development (High-Level): Foundational skill in relevant programming languages (e.g., Python, SQL, Java, or Go) to effectively review architecture, guide engineering teams, and troubleshoot complex integrations.
