Wiley|Wilson, with 190+ employee-owners across five locations, is seeking a Senior Architect to join our Architecture department in Lynchburg, VA.

In this leadership role, you will oversee and manage complex architectural projects, provide direct supervision and mentoring to design staff, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional project delivery. You will also collaborate closely with other disciplines to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.

What You'll Do

• Lead architectural design efforts from concept through construction.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years in all phases of architectural projects, including supervisory roles
• Education: Professional degree in Architecture (B. Arch. or M. Arch.) from an NAAB-accredited university
• Certification: Registered Architect (RA) in Virginia or reciprocity within 3 months of start date
• Skills: Proficient in Autodesk Revit; ability to mentor staff
• Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; adaptable and self-motivated

Preferred Credentials

• LEED BD+C credential (highly desired)
• Active security clearance
