Job summary

Wiley|Wilson is seeking a Project Architect to join our Architecture department in Richmond, VA. You will lead design from proposal through construction, oversee multiple projects, and mentor junior staff.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years of experience, a NAAB-accredited degree, and an RA license; proficiency in Revit and strong communication are essential. This role offers ESOP benefits and a hybrid work schedule.

We are currently seeking a Project Architect to join our Architecture department in Richmond, VA. This role plays a key part in the development of complex, non-routine projects, leading architectural design from the proposal phase through to construction. As a Project Architect, you will oversee several projects of varying size simultaneously, developing and working closely with junior architectural staff across the company for support.

Requirements

• Experience: 7-10 years in all phases of architectural projects

• Skills: Proficient in Autodesk Revit, with the ability to mentor staff

Desirable Qualifications

• LEED BD+C credential

• Proficient in AutoCADD, with the ability to mentor staff.
