Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design and development of eCommerce and retail solutions using React and Node.js.
• Customization & Integration: Oversee the customization and integration of various systems to ensure seamless operation and enhanced user experience.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of React and Node.js developers, ensuring best practices and high-quality code standards.
• Business Analysis: Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Project Management: Work closely with Project Managers (PMs) to ensure timely delivery of projects, adhering to budget and quality standards.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in architecture, with a focus on eCommerce and retail solutions.
