Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architect Project Manager to oversee high rise multi-use projects in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and project management, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Office, Google, MicroStation, Rhino, Grasshopper, V-Ray, Bluebeam, and Procore. The successful candidate will be creative, motivated, and possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and ensure successful project delivery. Strong independent judgment and expertise in rendering and drafting are essential for this role.

The position is senior level, requiring 5 to 10 years of experience. Candidates should have experience in developing design and construction documents from conceptual design through project delivery, capable of producing complete construction documents while coordinating multiple disciplines including structural and MEP engineers and other consultants. Applicants must be able to work independently with strong time management and leadership skills.
