For over five decades, our multidisciplinary firm has delivered dynamic, thoughtful designs that transform space and uplift users. With nearly 200 professionals across 10 strategic locations, we’re growing and excelling together.

Why You'll Love It Here:

Your Role: Architect/Project Manager
What You'll Do:
  • Lead the design process from early concept through detailed development, ensuring continuity, technical rigor, and alignment with the client’s vision.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering and specialty disciplines to integrate design intent seamlessly across all project deliverables.
  • Drive design-focused communication, including leading project design meetings, presenting updates, and supporting client relationships through clear, proactive dialogue.
  • Oversee design quality and technical accuracy, performing QA/QC reviews and guiding the team to meet standards, resolve design issues, and mitigate risks.
  • Manage project financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, contract administration, cost-to-complete tracking, and early identification of potential overruns.
  • Support strategic project and business development efforts, including negotiating design scope and fees, contributing to proposals and interviews, capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement, and contributing to marketing and client engagement activities.
What You Bring to the Table:
  • A Bachelor's (B.Arch) or Master's (M.Arch) in Architecture
  • AIA Licensure required
  • Minimum 10 years of project experience in a consulting or firm environment
  • Project Management professional certifications preferred but not required
  • Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, Revit, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills – with the ability to listen actively and translate client/team needs into real solutions
  • Ability to travel to off-site projects and offices
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship
Benefits That Build Your Future:
  • Competitive skills-based and education-based compensation
  • Paid time off, paid holidays, and volunteering time off
  • 401(k) with matching contributions
  • Health, dental, and vision insurance
  • Company-paid life insurance and disability coverage
  • Discretionary profit-sharing bonuses – because success is best when shared
  • A balanced career filled with challenging projects in a welcoming community
