MOREgroup in Henderson, NV is seeking an experienced Architect/Project Manager to lead multidisciplinary project teams from concept through completion, ensuring design excellence and successful delivery. The ideal candidate will mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and uphold high standards in design and execution.

This role requires a licensed architect with a track record of managing complex projects, budgets, and schedules in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Professional degree from an accredited Architecture program; Architect license preferred.
10+ years of professional experience; 5+ years leading projects and teams including budgets, staffing, and schedules.
Proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; effective client and stakeholder management.
Proficiency with Bluebeam, REVIT, and MS Office.
Experience in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams from development to execution.
Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest design and technical standards.
Review and approve design work, drawings, and specifications to ensure quality control and code compliance.
Develop and maintain clear construction documentation and specifications.
Supervise and mentor team members, including architects, designers, and technical staff.
Serve as the point of contact for clients, consultants, and stakeholders; manage client expectations and maintain strong relationships.
Manage project scope, contracts, budgets, and change orders in collaboration with firm leadership.
Stay current with building codes, industry trends, materials, and sustainability standards.

Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated success in effectively managing clients and key stakeholders.
Ability to lead through influence rather than direct authority.
Competency with digital tools including Bluebeam, REVIT, and MS Office Suite.
Experience working in a collaborative, hybrid work environment.
