Role Description

The Architect/Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Arlington, TX. This position involves leading projects from concept through construction, including developing architectural designs, preparing drawings and specifications, and coordinating with engineering consultants and contractors. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project schedules and budgets, overseeing design documentation, ensuring code compliance, and leading client meetings to gather requirements and present design solutions. The role also requires coordinating internal project teams, resolving design and technical issues, and supporting construction administration activities such as responding to RFIs and reviewing submittals. The Architect/Project Manager is expected to balance design quality with effective project management to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience delivering complete design packages.


• Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.


• Experience with Integration of architectural solutions with structural, MEP, and other consultant systems.


• Proficiency in industry-standard design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, BIM tools) and MS Office.


• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
