Job summary

Percona, a fully remote, globally distributed database company, is seeking a partnerships leader to accelerate our hyperscaler, SI, and VAR collaborations.

You will own channels and alliances strategy, build a scalable partner operating foundation, and drive revenue through co-sell with marketplaces. You will lead cross-region partnerships across AWS, Asia, EMEA, LATAM and influence without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Experience building partner programs from scratch and establishing tiering/economics.
• Proven ability to drive revenue through hyperscalers, SI and VAR ecosystems.
• Strong pipeline and bookings management mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own channels and alliances strategy; run quarterly.
• Lead hyperscaler and VAR partnerships across AWS, Asia, EMEA, LATAM.
• Build partner operating foundation: intake, tiering, registration.
