Metropolitan Companies seeks a full-time Architect Level II to join the Wisdom Tree Group in Fort Washington. A licensed architect with 5–7 years of professional experience is preferred to drive design from concept through construction documents and delivery.

You will collaborate with clients and consultants, manage schedules and budgets, mentor junior staff, and ensure compliance with codes while maintaining high-quality standards across multi-family and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed Architect or actively pursuing licensure.
• 5–7 years of professional architectural design and project management experience.
• Experience with multi-family residential and commercial projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept to completion per client goals.
• Develop and oversee construction documents, specs, drawings.
• Conduct site visits and provide technical guidance during construction.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders for outcomes.

Metropolitan Companies is seeking a full-time Architect Level II to join our growing team! This position presents an excellent opportunity for professional growth and career longevity. The ideal candidate is someone with 5 or more years of professional experience and certification as a licensed professional required. This position will report to the Residential Architect Manager. Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design efforts from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with client goals and project requirements.
• Develop and oversee detailed construction documents, specifications, and drawings.
• Conduct site visits, evaluate project progress, and provide technical guidance during construction phases.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Coordinate and integrate multi-disciplinary team efforts, including structural, MEP, and other consultants.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal building regulations.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.
• Mentor and provide technical support to junior architects and design team members.
• Participate in client presentations, business development efforts, and proposal preparation as needed.

• Proficiency in BIM design software, including ArchiCAD, Twinmotion and Adobe Creative Suite.
