Job summary

The Bobbitt Group, a 100% Employee-Owned commercial and industrial general contractor, seeks an Architect to lead design across projects in the Carolinas. Develop constructible, code-compliant designs and collaborate to deliver on-time, on-budget solutions.

Ideal candidates hold a NAAB-accredited degree, are proficient in Revit and 3D visualization, and translate client vision into precise construction documents while maintaining design quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (NAAB Accredited Program required).
• Proficient in Revit and 3D visualization.
• Ability to identify and solve complex problems.
• Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills.
• Licensed and approaching completion of AXP encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Consult with and guide project stakeholders on design/construction requirements.
• Coordinate with Bobbitt Design and Construction teams and external consultants.
• Develop constructible, code-compliant designs across programing, schematic, and design development stages.
• Develop clear construction documents for submittal.
• Review and collaborate on construction documents with internal and external teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain project files and document evolution.
• Monitor project progress via Project Management system and site meetings.
• Support field teams to resolve site questions and keep construction on track.
