Pond & Company in Peachtree Corners, GA is seeking a Mid-Level Architect to join our growing Architecture team. The successful candidate will prepare architectural designs, scale drawings, and contract documents while following project design guides and templates.

With 8–10+ years of related experience, you will work collaboratively under mentorship of licensed Architects, move through design stages from concept plans to construction documentation, and contribute across multiple markets.

• A professional degree in architecture (BArch or MArch) from an accredited program.
• 8–10+ years of related architectural design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Licensed Architect is preferred.

About the Position

We are searching for an Mid-Level Architect - to join our growing Architecture team in Peachtree Corners or Cobb, GA. The ideal candidate possesses 10+ years of related architectural design experience (internship, co-op and professional experience included) and wants to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this position, the successful candidate will prepare architectural designs, prepare scale drawings and contract documents, follow project design guides and templates, and research materials and assembles details ensuring understanding of materials and methods while working collaboratively under the mentorship of seasoned, licensed Architects.

Design projects will span across multiple markets and geographies affording opportunities for broadening knowledge and deepening skill sets related to building systems design. We are seeking someone who can be an independent self-starter and can move quickly and efficiently through a variety of design stages ranging from concept plans to construction documentation.

Experience and Qualifications

• BArch (5-year program) or MArch (6-year program) from an accredited college or university
• 8-10+ years of related architectural design experience (including internship, co-op or professional experience)
• Proficient with relevant software such as Revit and AutoCAD
• Registered Architect License is Preferred
• Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work
• Ability and desire to learn and grow professionally
