Architectural Design Collaborative in Orlando, FL seeks an Architect II/Designer to advance from concept through construction documents, coordinating with teams and consultants to meet codes and sustainability goals.

The role supports project managers, handles RFIs, and assists with project tasks. The candidate should have 5–7 years of professional experience in architecture or interior design and strong collaboration skills.

Competenze

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture
  • Proficient in industry-standard software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rendering Software, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft
  • Strong skills in Architecture, including the ability to produce coordinated drawings and design solutions.
  • Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and sustainable design practices; LEED experience is a plus.
  • Experience working on commercial, institutional, or entertainment projects is beneficial, along with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and collaboration skills to work with clients, teammates, consultants, and contractors
  • 5-7 years of similar experience working at a professional architecture or interior design firm

Architectural Design Collaborative (ADC) is a full-service Architecture and Interior Design Firm established in Miami, FL in 1984. Our goal is to provide creative, intelligent, cost-effective, and timely design solutions for our clients. We emphasize beautiful form and exceptional function while maintaining an understanding of our clients' bottom line. Our company specializes in commercial interiors, hospitality, entertainment, corporate workplace, retail, and financial institution projects. ADC is looking to hire an Architect II/Designer to join our Orlando, FL team.

Role Description:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect or Designer to join our dynamic team. This role is responsible for developing architectural designs from concept through construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, participating in client meetings, and ensuring designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and sustainability goals. The Architect II supports project managers by tracking deliverables, responding to RFIs and assisting with other project and construction related tasks. The position is located in Orlando, FL.

Position:

Candidates will assist in all phases of a project including but not limited to:

  • Conduct site visits and attend client meetings
  • As-built measure and verification of existing buildings
  • Programming and Space Planning
