Role Description

Technical Designer or Architect with 6-8 years’ experience focused on Interior Architecture specializing in Corporate, Healthcare, and Government sectors. You will assist with the delivery of high-impact projects through collaborative design, client engagement, and quality-driven execution. With opportunity to move into a project leadership role, you will be given the tools, support, and responsibility to succeed.

Our project delivery model provides a single point of contact for our clients from programming through punch list. Working closely with firm principals you will lead the design team for your projects. Our process ensures the highest quality designs and user-friendly spaces by working with experienced firm leadership on every project.

Responsibilities
  • Technical Intelligence for Interior Architectural Projects
  • Clear Understanding of all Project Phases and Sequencing
  • Lead Team Members through Design, Production & Project Execution
  • Proficiency and Oversight in Assembly of Construction Documents
  • Research and Solves to Coordinate Development of Code Compliant Designs
  • Assist in Site Surveys and Related Documentation
  • Superior Attention to Detail, Organization Skills, and Time Management
  • Communicates Clearly with Team Members
  • Attend in-person Meetings & Presentations (Moderate Travel)
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (on Licensure Track)
  • Design Portfolio Highlighting Design Experience & Progressive Project Responsibilities
  • Intermediate to Advanced Revit Proficiency
  • Intermediate Rendering Software Proficiency such as Enscape
  • Working Knowledge of Office 365 & Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in Sketchup, AutoCAD, Bluebeam
  • Working Knowledge of Building Codes
