Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
• 6+ years of relevant experience post-graduation, preferred.
• Certification as a licensed professional is required.
• Advanced knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity.
• Prepare reports, plans, schedules, and studies as assigned.
• Perform analysis of design, planning and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.
• Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
• Be responsible for specific technical design aspects of an assigned major project, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meets the client’s needs.
• Provide professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of assigned projects.
• Independently apply advanced architectural concepts and designs.
• Carry out assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.
• Provide guidance to less experienced architects.
