About ĒSO Architecture

ĒSO Architecture is a design studio built on collaboration, clarity, and thoughtful execution. We work in close partnership with clients, builders, and consultants from day one, aligning design ambition with technical reality to deliver well-considered, buildable solutions. Our process is open and transparent. Team members are encouraged to ask questions, surface issues early, and help clients make informed, value-based decisions throughout an often complex process. We see our role as trusted advisors, guiding projects from concept through documentation and construction with care, intention, and clear communication.

At ĒSO, ownership and accountability matter. We value practical problem-solving, strong technical foundations, and a team-oriented approach that supports both high-quality work and sustainable ways of working. Professional growth is supported through mentorship, shared standards, and meaningful responsibility, within a culture grounded in respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

We're opening our first studio outside Austin, in Colorado Springs, and looking for architectural staff with 1–5 years of experience to help build it. Celeste, our Associate Principal, is already on the ground there and ready for support — you'll work alongside her day to day, with the Austin team backing you both up, and real input into how the studio takes shape.
