Job summary

EVstudio is seeking an Architect in our Idaho studio to grow our multi-disciplinary team. You’ll maintain client relationships, guide projects from pursuit to delivery, and draft construction documents for custom homes and commercial ventures.

Ideal candidates have 0–3 years of architecture experience, strong local market knowledge, and a collaborative mindset. The role offers a hybrid schedule and Boise-area flexibility along with a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand client relationships
• Guide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction
• Draft construction documents for custom home and commercial projects
• Work closely with Project Managers and senior designers to meet client standards
• Support documentation updates, plan sets, and revisions in Revit, Bluebeam, and other AutoCAD programs
• Apply redlines and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the design of new projects across Idaho and beyond

What You’ll Do:

EVstudio is looking for a client-driven Architect to take on a key role in our Idaho studio. If you're an architect with a passion for production, design, and client relationships, this is your opportunity to shape the growth of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary office.

• Maintain and expand client relationships
• Guide architectural projects from pursuit through delivery, ensuring design excellence and client satisfaction.
• Draft construction documents for custom home and commercial projects
• Work closely with Project Managers and senior designers to meet client standards
• Support documentation updates, plan sets, and revisions in Revit, Bluebeam, and other AutoCAD programs
• Apply redlines and maintain model accuracy throughout the project lifecycle
• Support the design of new projects across Idaho and beyond

Requirements:

• Typically, 0-3 years of architecture experience
• Demonstrated academic or project success and local market knowledge
• A team-first mindset
• Experience in commercial, multi-family, or municipal design sectors is a plus but NOT required

What We Offer:

We are targeting a base salary of $45,000 to $53,000, but is determined by several factors including education, experience, and a history of working in the Boise metro area.
