Job summary

Stantec seeks an Architect to work on an integrated design team in the United States, VA. You will guide projects from concept through construction documents, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants to produce drawings and specifications.

The role requires 5–7 years of architecture experience, a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture, and registration (RA/AIA/NCARB). Travel domestically and internationally is expected as part of project work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture is required.
• RA/AIA/NCARB licensure is required for consideration.
• LEED credential is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design development and project coordination on multiple projects.
• Develop construction documents and perform QA/QC.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and clients.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
• Mentor junior staff and participate in design critiques.
