Job summary

CUBE ROOT Corporation is seeking an experienced Architect to provide design review and QA support for various construction projects mainly involving government contracts. The ideal candidate will have 10–15 years of experience, hold a U.S. Architect license, and be willing to work remotely while performing limited on-site visits. Responsibilities include preparing design reports, attending meetings, and coordinating with field offices. Locations and Projects

The Architect CM and QA support will be required for construction projects at locations including Antilles Facility (San Juan, PR), St. Croix / St. Thomas (USVI), Fort Moore (GA), Krome Service Processing Center (Miami, FL), Port Isabel Service Processing Center (TX), El Paso Service Processing Center (TX), and El Centro Service Processing Center (CA). Additional sites may be assigned.

Responsibilities and Key Tasks

The role includes:

• Perform design reviews and attend weekly and monthly QA meetings.
• Provide administrative support and guidance to government construction field offices.
• Identify and report potential design issues to appropriate authorities.
• Prepare design review reports, log and distribute submittals, and coordinate with on‑site OAFM personnel.
• Assist in developing scopes of work (SOW) for potential construction projects.
• Attend conferences and meetings related to scheduling, claims, and project progress.
• Review, process, monitor, and provide comments and recommendations on Construction Contractor submittals to applicable ICE OAFM personnel.
• Deliver advice, opinions, recommendations, ideas, reports, analyses, or other work products influencing agency decision‑making.
