Esterly Schneider & Associates, Inc. is a Springfield, Missouri architectural firm seeking Architects, Architectural Designers and Intern Architects to join our team.

We value high achievement and innovative design centered on client needs, with opportunities to contribute across all design phases. Candidates should hold an Architectural degree (licensed or not) and demonstrate experience in professional settings, plus strong Revit and AutoCAD skills and fluency with MS Office andAdobe Creative

Qualifications

• Architectural degree required; licensed or non-licensed acceptable.
• Experience in a professional design environment.
• Knowledge of all phases of design and construction from Schematic Design through Project Closeout.
• Strong Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (including Photoshop), Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Excellent graphic and presentation skills as well as excellent communication and organization skills.
• Ability to coordinate civil, structural and MEP documents and drawings.
• Ability to work closely with designers, project managers and principals.
• Flexibility, motivation, and the ability to work independently as well as a successful team member.

Candidate’s qualifications should include:
