Job summary

Bennett & Game Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Architect to take ownership of projects within a well established practice. This role offers autonomy, responsibility, and progression as the firm grows, with a mix of office and home working and close collaboration with the leadership team.

You will lead projects from concept through to completion, coordinating drawings in Revit and mentoring junior staff while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• ARB Registered Architect with current licence.
• Experience delivering projects through all RIBA stages.
• Experience on commercial or large residential schemes.
• Strong communication with clients and project teams.
• Good technical and site experience; collaborative mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and residential projects from inception to completion.
• Manage projects through all RIBA stages.
• Produce and coordinate technical drawings using Revit.
• Mentor junior team members and assistants.
• Work with senior leadership in a collaborative environment.

Architect - Salary & Benefits

• Salary up to £40,000 DOE
