Your tasks and responsibilities

In this position you will be given nice challenges:

• Designing buildings and furnishings - it concerns utility buildings (not dwellings).
• Preparation of the final draft.
• Preparation of the complete building application file.
• Drawing up the tender documents and measurement sheets.
• Consultation with project engineers on stability and techniques to ensure coordinated results.

Are you who we are looking for?

• You have graduated as Master of Architecture (architect) or Master of Engineering – Architecture (engineer – architect).
• You have at least 8 years of experience.
• You have a good knowledge of the Belgian Spatial Planning regulations.
• You pay special attention to the wishes and vision of the client.
• You are communicative, sociable and interested in cooperating with other disciplines.
• You are interested in innovation, sustainability and strategic thinking.
• You have a good command of design and presentation techniques, both graphic and computer-based, for developing and communicating architectural and technical concepts.
• You speak/write fluent Dutch.
