Clark & Enersen in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced architect to lead projects from concept through construction, collaborating across offices on laboratories, education, and civic projects while applying strong design leadership.

The candidate should hold a license or be pursuing licensure with 5–10 years of experience, possess superb communication and presentation skills, and be proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, and related tools.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting in the planning, developing, and managing of projects from initial conceptsthrough construction and project completion
• Work with and lead teams between multiple offices on a variety of project types, including laboratories, educational facilities, civic and government buildings, and other project types
• Assist with marketing and developing strong relationships with existing clients and new client leads

Qualifications:

• Licensed architect or licensure candidate with 5-10years of experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to clearly communicate design ideas
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate work efforts between multiple internal disciplines and external consultants
• Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, and other design communication tools
• Ability to document projects and detail designs in Revit
