Job summary

Job Juncture seeks an Architect to lead and support established Architectural initiatives for CDCC / CDE units, providing leadership through design, construction, and facilities management. You will deliver drawings, specifications, renderings, and ensure milestone deliveries while advancing design workflows and templates.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in industrial design-build, proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM Collaborate Pro, Lumion, CSI specs, and Procore, with a GA RA

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelors in Architecture or related design field.
• Experience: 10+ years Design-Build in Industrial market.
• Skills: Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Lumion; CSI specifications; Procore.

Responsibilities

• Provide Architectural leadership for Industrial Design/Design-Build projects.
• Create rendered images/videos and construction documents (drawings + specs) for project pursuits.
• Deliver construction document milestones and related deliverables.
• Advance drafting templates and libraries for Design workflows.
• Support 5D/MBE collaboration with Preconstruction.
• Demonstrate experience in design-build for industrial markets and field processes.

Job description

The primary objective for the Architect is to build and support established Architectural initiatives leveraged by the Design Manager for both in the office and field, for CDCC / CDE business units. Provide Architectural leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle from design & construction to facilities management.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Architectural leadership for Industrial Design / Design-Build projects
• Provide rendered images /videos, construction document production (drawings + specifications) as well as marketing material for project pursuits
• Provide and deliver required deliverables for construction document milestones
• Continue development of drafting templates and libraries for Design workflows
• Support 5D / Model Based Estimating collaboration with Preconstruction
• Experience in Industrial construction means and methods especially in the application of technology on a range of project size and complexity.
• Demonstrated abilities and relative experience in preconstruction, field management and construction processes.

WORKING CONDITIONS

• The majority of work is in an office setting, with intermittent sitting, standing, and walking.
• Periodic construction site visits to gather project data and information.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.
• May require short periods of travel (2-5 days)

Qualifications:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Education: Bachelors in Architecture, or related design field
• Experience: 10+ years relevant Design-Build experience in the Industrial market
• Skills & Knowledge: Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Lumion, preparation of CSI specifications, Procore
• License: R.A. in Georgia, preferred
