Job summary

NPAworldwide seeks an experienced Architect to lead design-build projects in the Industrial Food & Beverage sector, providing architectural leadership from design through construction to facilities management. You will produce construction documents, renderings, and marketing materials, and support 5D/model‑based estimating in collaboration with Preconstruction.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture, 10+ years of Design‑Build experience in Industrial markets, and proficiency with Revit,

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Architecture or related design field.
• Experience: 10+ years relevant Design-Build experience in the Industrial market.
• Skills & Knowledge: Revit, BIM Collaborate Pro, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Lumion, preparation of CSI specifications, Procore.
• License: RA in Georgia, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Architectural leadership for Industrial Design / Design-Build projects.
• Provide rendered images / videos, construction document production (drawings + specifications) as well as marketing material for project pursuits.
• Provide and deliver required deliverables for construction document milestones.
• Continue development of drafting templates and libraries for Design workflows.
• Support 5D / Model Based Estimating collaboration with Preconstruction.
• Experience in Industrial construction means and methods especially in the application of technology on a range of project size and complexity.
• Demonstrated abilities and relative experience in preconstruction, field management and construction processes.

Job Description

The primary objective for the Architect is to build and support established Architectural initiatives leveraged by the Design Manager for both in the office and field, for CDCC / CDE business units. Provide Architectural leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle from design & construction to facilities management.

Working Conditions

• The majority of work is in an office setting, with intermittent sitting, standing, and walking.
• Periodic construction site visits to gather project data and information.
• Must be willing to work non-traditional hours to meet project needs.
• May require short periods of travel (2-5 days)
