Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in residential architecture.
• 1] Bachelor’s degree in architecture required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 2] Architectural licensure preferred.
• 3] Proficient in AutoCAD.
• 4] Experience with SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Suite preferred.
• 5] Proficient in project and client experience management.
• 6] Creative and passionate about traditional residential design.
• 7] Strong documentation, technical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Utilize AutoCAD to create full architectural sets from Pre Design through Construction Documentation.
• Manage communication with clients, partners and consultants throughout the design process and construction.
• Visit designs in construction and provide construction observation services.
• When applicable, survey existing structures with members of the Firm.
• Supervise, train and share knowledge with Intern and Junior Architects.
• Contribute to Period’s development and growth through continued education and collaboration within the firm.
