Job summary

GPAC is seeking a Project Architect for a hybrid role in Austin, TX. The firm works on civic, public safety, education, healthcare, and community facilities across Texas, emphasizing collaboration and technical excellence.

You will lead project teams through design development and project delivery, manage projects from programming and design through construction administration, and coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Professional Architecture degree.
• 5+ years of Project Architect or Project Management experience.
• Experience with municipal, civic, government, public sector, educational, or community facility projects preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and construction materials.
• Experience managing projects through all phases of design and construction.
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Construction administration experience is a plus.
