Qualifications

• Experience and technical knowledge of archery products and ability to assist customers with maintaining and adjusting their equipment
• General sporting goods knowledge a plus
• Previous merchandising experience is helpful
• Ability to educate and assist customers on the brands that North 40 sells
• Ability to work well with others, and lead and motivate a team
• Sales experience, merchandising, and computer skills a plus
• Committed to providing feedback, developing others, and making decisions under ambiguity
• A willingness to lead by example
• Understanding of correct lifting and loading techniques. Physical ability to lift and carry 0-15 lbs. continuously, 15-30 lbs. frequently, 30-55 lbs. occasionally, and team lift anything over 55 lbs. Spending 100% of work time on your feet, including use of ladders, rolling staircases and pallet jacks.
