H&H Shooting Sports Complex is seeking an Archery Salesperson & Technician to assist customers in selecting archery products, perform basic repairs, and help maintain a safe and welcoming shop and range environment. Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, inventory, and range supervision in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Archery knowledge required; basic repair experience preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Basic computer and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and recommend archery products.
• Provide product knowledge and basic technical assistance.
• Process sales transactions using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain organized and visually appealing merchandise displays.
• Restock products and assist with inventory management.
• Check in range guests, explain range rules, and enforce safety procedures.
• Monitor range activities to ensure a safe environment.
• Perform basic archery equipment maintenance and repairs (e.g., restringing, tuning, part replacement).
• Maintain cleanliness of retail and range areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
