Qualifications

• Previous experience in archery instruction, outdoor recreation, or youth programming preferred.
• Willingness to obtain archery/range safety certification (training may be provided).
• Experience working with youth in camp or recreational settings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead archery sessions for summer camp, outdoor education, and group programs.
• Provide clear instruction on equipment use, safety procedures, and technique.
• Adapt teaching style to different ages, skill levels, and group needs.
