Job summary

West Virginia K-12 Jobs seeks an Archery Instructor for Point Pleasant Jr/Sr High School for the 2026-2027 school year. The role includes teaching archery to students in grades 7–12 and coordinating the school’s archery program under school leadership.

Candidate must hold a WV teaching certificate or WVSSAC-ASEP certification, be capable of setting up ranges, maintaining equipment, and working with students outdoors to promote safety and skill development.

Qualifications

• Valid WV teaching certificate or WVSSAC-ASEP certification.
• Experience teaching archery or training students 7–12.
• Ability to set up and repair archery equipment and ranges.

Responsibilities

• Set up archery area and program for students during training and competitions.
• Teach and monitor proper use of equipment.
• Conduct inventory and store equipment safely.
• Keep records of participants and progress.
