Qualifications

• 2+ years' bow setup experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment for safety.
• Install accessories on bows and demonstrate product use.
• Answer technical questions and assist with product selection.
• Maintain pricing, inventory accuracy, and proper displays.
• Provide a legendary customer experience by identifying needs and recommending products.
• Replenish shelves and keep work area organized.
• Follow company policies and perform other duties as needed.
