Archer is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager to join our product marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, this role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that effectively communicate Archer’s solutions' value proposition to target audiences. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical sales, or product management, with a strong understanding of the governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning:
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate Archer solutions.
- Conduct market analysis, gathering insights on customer needs, industry trends, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategies.
- Define and execute product launch plans, collaborating with product management, sales, and customer success teams.
Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement
- Create sales enablement content, including pitch decks, battle cards, FAQs, and training sessions, to equip the sales team.
- Partner with the customer success team to develop case studies, testimonials, and customer stories showcasing product value.
- Conduct internal training and communicate competitive positioning to support the sales organization.
Content & Digital Marketing Support
- Develop high-impact content such as whitepapers, datasheets, blog posts, and webinars to support awareness and lead generation.
- Work with the digital marketing team to implement online campaigns, email marketing, and social media strategies to drive demand.
- Participate in and support industry events by preparing speaking materials, presentations, and sponsorship activations.
Industry & Market Intelligence
- Track and analyze GRC market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor movements to refine messaging and positioning.
- Work closely with the product management team to ensure customer insights, competitive intelligence, and industry shifts are reflected in product strategy.
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning: Develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that differentiates Archer solutions in the marketplace.
- Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics within the GRC sector.
- Content Development: Create a variety of marketing materials, including whitepapers, case studies, datasheets, and presentations, to support product launches and sales initiatives.
- Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful market introduction and adoption.
- Partnering and Alignment: Work in conjunction with product management to align marketing strategies with product roadmaps, ensuring that customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market trends are integrated into product planning and positioning.
- Sales Enablement: Develop and deliver sales enablement programs to empower the sales team with the knowledge, resources, and tools needed to communicate the value of effectively Archer products and solutions.
- Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customer success teams to gather feedback, develop testimonials, and create case studies that highlight the value of our Archer products.
- Digital Marketing: Work with the digital marketing team to develop and implement online campaigns, including email marketing, webinars, and social media strategies, to drive product awareness and lead generation.
- Industry Collaboration: Participate in industry events, webinars, and forums to represent the company and stay abreast of GRC industry developments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, technical sales, or product management, preferably within the GRC industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
