It enables non-technical users to automate processes, streamline workflows, and generate real-time reports via an intuitive interface. With over 20 years as a leader in risk management software, Archer was acquired by RSA, Dell, Symphony Technology Group, and Cinven, and now operates as an independent business.

We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts within the California/West Coast region. The focus will be on acquiring new clients and some account expansion. Candidates must reside within the territory.

Responsibilities
  • Develop deep understanding of the product and services portfolio.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with application vendors to bundle solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and enterprise solutions.
  • Utilize internal and external resources to achieve sales targets.
  • Leverage channel offerings to demonstrate value.
  • Influence decision-makers and develop long-term relationships.
  • Lead company-to-company relationships to gain a competitive advantage.
  • Manage complex vendor relationships and demonstrate thought leadership.
  • Anticipate market trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer needs.
Skills
  • Proven ability to build complex relationships and sell solutions in challenging environments.
  • Strong understanding of operational issues and outsourcing solutions.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and financial acumen.
Education and Experience
  • Typically 12+ years of related experience in relationship selling, with a Bachelor's degree.
