Job summary

KTek Resourcing LLC is seeking a skilled Archer specialist to administer, configure, and customize Archer environments, providing production support and migration expertise in a US-based setting.

You will handle data feeds, integrations via Web APIs, and ensure security controls across GRC domains while producing clear documentation and artifacts.

Job description

Skills Required: TECHNICAL & FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Strong experience in Archer administration, configuration, customization, and production support.
• Hands-on experience with Archer Solution Packages and custom on-demand application development.
• Expertise in workflows, questionnaires, calculations, record permissions, access controls, and data feeds.
• Experience with Archer platform upgrades, migrations, deployment, and environment management.
• Proficient in Archer integrations using Web APIs, data imports/exports, and automated data exchange processes.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for application, workflow, performance, and user access issues.
• Experience with SQL Server, database querying, IIS administration, and Windows-based application environments.
• Experience in GRC domains including Risk, Compliance, Audit, Policy, Third-Party Risk, and Exception Management.
• Hands-on experience preparing HLDs, LLDs, technical documentation, and implementation artifacts.

GENERAL SKILLS:

• Strong knowledge of Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC), and Information Security principles.
