Michael Baker International is seeking several on-call Archaeologists to support projects throughout Southern California, including Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino counties.

Professional Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Anthropology or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Cultural Resources Management archaeology
• Knowledge of federal and state laws related to archaeology
• Physically capable of working in field environments and walking up to 5 miles per day
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Effective communication skills via email, phone, and video conferencing
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to travel throughout California

Additional Information
