A nonprofit organization in Eugene seeks volunteers to maintain and expand their online social media communications. Responsibilities include uploading content, researching best practices, and coordinating with the Executive Director. Experience with social media is preferred, but training is provided. Commitment of at least 1 hour per week is expected. Respond ASAP for a dynamic role in supporting archaeological outreach.
Archaeological Legacy Institute (ALI) is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization based in Eugene. Our streaming-media Web site, The Archaeology Channel (TAC : has become the world’s most popular archaeology Web site, with annual traffic of about 7 million page views. For several years now, much of our social media communication has been done by volunteers. Continuing growth of our enterprise requires continuity among our dedicated staff of media specialists focusing on internet social media. We seek several volunteers to form the nucleus of such a staff.

Experience with social media. However, we will train, so vast knowledge in these areas is not required.
