We are looking for a professional BIM specialist.

• Develop and refine BIM models in Revit (primary tool) with accuracy and alignment to client standards.
• Produce high-quality drawing sets for both DD and CD phases.
• Collaborate closely with the client’s team, attending meetings to align goals, resolve conflicts, and coordinate deliverables.
• Support the client in BIM process implementation, detecting inconsistencies and optimizing workflows to ensure a smooth transition to CD.
• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Revit (mandatory).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and adaptability to dynamic project environments.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
