Qualifications

2+ years of professional experience in a similar position
Experience supporting commercial software development
Experience developing, executing, and interpreting automated tests
Desire to improve software capabilities for end users

Responsabilités

Contribute to product design, testing, documentation, and demonstrations
Research and analyze customer requirements and industry standards to define requirements
Collaborate with software developers to build robust software
Provide best practices, documentation, and technical assistance
Work within agile software development timelines and resources
Communicate with clients and stakeholders to identify product needs and collaborate with product management and development teams
