Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Chicago, IL is seeking an Arcade Technician to ensure all arcade games, token vendors, and ticket redemption centers operate reliably. You will perform maintenance, log updates, and assist guests to enhance their gaming experience.

The role requires hands-on maintenance, ability to troubleshoot, and strong guest service skills. You will open/close assigned areas and keep workspaces clean while tracking parts and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

Experience with arcade game maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain arcade games, ticket centers, kiosks, and token vendors to ensure functionality.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Update maintenance records and track parts used.
Maintain records of tokens, game cards, and arcade supplies.
Provide guest assistance and keep areas clean and organized.
Open and close assigned areas.
Perform other duties as required.
