Job summary

Round One Entertainment Inc. is hiring Customer Service Associates for our Amusement Department in a busy bowling/arcade environment in Vancouver, WA. You’ll engage guests, handle inquiries, and help ensure a friendly, safe, and enjoyable experience.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years in hospitality or retail. Ability to handle alcohol-related policies for staff and maintain open availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of hospitality or retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to determine needs during shifts.
• Maintain amusement games inventory.
• Keep games and counters clean and visually appealing.
• Respond politely with a friendly demeanor to requests.
• Answer phone inquiries about general information.
• Perform special projects and other duties as assigned by management.
