Qualifications

• Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times. Smiling and eye contact are required.
• Literate and fluent in English
• Ability to perform basic math skills
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

Responsibilities

• Provide change for arcade guests and handle cash accurately.
• Understand arcade games and prize options to answer guest questions and upsell revenue.
• Report any game or kiosk issues to a supervisor.
• Assist guests with kiosk and Redemption POS operations.
• Maintain safe, clean, and inviting arcade areas for guests of all ages.
• Assist with stock counts and merchandising standards at the Redemption counter.
• Provide information about property amenities to guests.
