Job summary

KemperSports Management seeks an Arcade and Facility Maintenance Technician for Henderson Sport and Social. This role Diagnoses, repairs, and maintains arcade games, bowling equipment, laser tag, Crazy Darts, and related AV gear to keep attractions guest-ready.

You will respond to issues during operating hours, complete preventive maintenance, coordinate with manufacturers for complex repairs, and report to the Facility Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Arcade, bowling, amusement, electronics, or related technical maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to read equipment manuals, schematics, wiring diagrams, error codes, and manufacturer service instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and complete repairs safely and efficiently.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; work in tight or confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and test arcade games, redemption equipment, card readers, kiosks, and related components.
• Perform hands-on repairs inside bowling pinsetters, lane machinery, ball returns, and scoring systems.
• Coordinate major repairs, technical support, and warranty service with Brunswick and other providers.
• Maintain and repair laser tag, Crazy Darts, miniature golf, TVs and AV equipment.
• Assist with minor repairs of fitness equipment and general facility maintenance tasks.
• Inspect equipment, complete preventive maintenance and update work orders.
• Document repairs, status, and follow-up needs to Facility Manager.
• Maintain inventory of parts, tools, and supplies; assist with parts purchasing.
• Process warranty claims and communicate with manufacturers and service providers.
• Work safely and follow all safety procedures; assist with restaurant and housekeeping equipment as assigned.
