Job summary

Santikos Entertainment is seeking a maintenance/tech support associate to service arcade, bowling, laser tag and VR systems across our entertainment areas. You will perform preventative maintenance, diagnose issues, and log daily activities to keep games running smoothly.

Applicants should have at least a year in gaming operations or a related field, with strong communication and physical stamina to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of experience in gaming operations or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Maintain arcade, bowling, laser tag, and VR equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Inspect and replace parts as necessary and perform daily logs.
• Diagnose and provide root-cause analysis for payout variances and 'Out of Service' games.
• Coordinate with theatre management to complete maintenance and safety procedures.

Job description

Provide maintenance and technical support for arcade, bowling, and other gaming amenities within the Entertainment operations of a movie theater. Maintain equipment to ensure that gaming areas within the Entertainment department function properly.What would I be doing in this position?Maintain games, bowling, laser tag and Virtual Reality equipment to ensure proper operationOrder and replace parts when necessaryInspect and perform “coin drops” on all games when on site to ensure proper operationAdjust payout percentages for cranes, merchandisers and redemption gamesComplete any daily technical logsDiagnose any “Out of Service” games within24 hours as reported by theatre management Provide root cause analysis on any payout variances from established standards, abnormal revenue trends and “Out of Service” games to theatre management teamEnsure completion of daily and weekly preventative maintenance programEnsure continual compliance with all safety standards and proceduresProvide consistent communication with theater management team regarding gaming issuesPromote and maintain good working relationships with all Santikos employees and departmentsOther duties as assigned by the Theater DirectorWhat education or experience do I need to have to qualify?High School diploma or equivalent.
