Santikos Theatres, Inc. is seeking an Arcade & Bowling Technician in Cibolo, TX. The role maintains arcade, bowling, laser tag, and VR equipment, orders replacement parts, and performs coin drops to ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced theater environment.

You will diagnose issues, log daily activities, and provide root-cause analysis on payout variances and revenue trends. The position emphasizes safety, teamwork, and timely maintenance with opportunities for part-time flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Maintain arcade, bowling, laser tag and VR equipment to ensure proper operation.
• Order and replace parts when necessary.
• Inspect and perform coin drops on all games on site.
• Adjust payout percentages for cranes, merchandisers and redemption games.
• Complete daily technical logs.
• Diagnose Out of Service games within 24 hours.
• Provide root cause analysis on payout variances and abnormal revenue trends.
• Ensure daily/weekly preventative maintenance is done.
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures.
• Communicate gaming issues with theater management.
• Maintain good relationships with Santikos staff across departments.
• Other duties as assigned by the Theater Director.

# Arcade & Bowling Technician - CiboloHot JobCibolo 1011 - Cibolo, TX 78108## OverviewPosition TypeFull Time## DescriptionProvide maintenance and technical support for arcade, bowling, and other gaming amenities within the Entertainment operations of a movie theater. Maintain equipment to ensure that gaming areas within the Entertainment department function properly.**What would I be doing in this position?*** Maintain games, bowling, laser tag and Virtual Reality equipment to ensure proper operation* Order and replace parts when necessary* Inspect and perform “coin drops” on all games when on site to ensure proper operation* Adjust payout percentages for cranes, merchandisers and redemption games* Complete any daily technical logs* Diagnose any “Out of Service” games within24 hours as reported by theatre management Provide root cause analysis on any payout variances from established standards, abnormal revenue trends and “Out of Service” games to theatre management team* Ensure completion of daily and weekly preventative maintenance program* Ensure continual compliance with all safety standards and procedures* Provide consistent communication with theater management team regarding gaming issues* Promote and maintain good working relationships with all Santikos employees and departments* Other duties as assigned by the Theater Director## Qualifications**What education or experience do I need to have to qualify?*** High School diploma or equivalent.
