Cinemark is seeking a Games and Bowling Technician to maintain bowling lanes, arcade games, and amusement attractions. You will calibrate equipment, diagnose issues, and perform preventive maintenance to ensure safe, smooth operation.

The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on safety, reliable repairs, and excellent guest service within a busy entertainment complex.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in bowling alley maintenance, arcade game repair, or similar mechanical roles preferred.
• Familiarity with string pin bowling systems, amusement attractions, arcade games and related equipment preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Bowling Maintenance: Set up, calibrate, and adjust bowling lanes; troubleshoot pinsetters and ball returns; perform preventive maintenance.
• Amusement Attraction Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Inspect rock climbing walls, ropes courses, laser tag systems; ensure safety and address wear or hazards.
• Arcade Games Management: Maintain and repair arcade games and related equipment; monitor game performance and assist guests.
• General Responsibilities: Maintain maintenance records; follow safety protocols; assist with other facility tasks as needed.
