Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc is seeking a friendly Cleaning Associate to keep our bowling center, arcade, and dining areas clean and welcoming. You’ll follow department procedures, support safety standards, and deliver great customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is preferred. Benefits include food discounts, a complimentary beverage per shift, and time to enjoy arcade, bowling, and karaoke activities during your stays.

Qualifications

• Six months to one year in a bowling, entertainment, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Experience in a cleaning environment preferred in a bowling or game center establishment.
• Customer service experience in a similar or comparable work environment, strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Follows department procedures to standardize cleaning practices at the store level.
• Adheres to the cleaning department’s work schedules.
• Delivers exceptional customer service through cleaning practices for the store.
• Cleans, dusts, and wipes store furniture, arcades, and equipment; sweeps, mops, and vacuums floors.
