Round One Entertainment is hiring a Cleaning Associate at Pacific View Mall in Ventura, CA. The role centers on maintaining the store’s cleanliness and appearance, supporting a lively, guest-friendly environment in a bowling/arcade setting.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, open availability (nights and weekends), and a customer-service mindset. Perks include free arcade time, bowling, karaoke, food discount, and a complimentary beverage during shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED to apply.
• Experience cleaning in an environment similar to a bowling or game center preferred.
• Customer service experience with strong verbal communication and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Follow department procedures to standardize cleaning practices.
• Adhere to the cleaning department's work schedules.
• Delivers exceptional customer service through cleaning practices for the store.
• Cleans and sanitizes restrooms/bathrooms using established practices and procedures.
• Replenishes restroom dispensers.
• Uses and maintains cleaning equipment and hand tools; scrubbers, extractors, washers, brooms, mops, and squeegees for the cleaning and general maintenance of floors, walls, carpets, furniture, and more.
• Moves furniture, equipment, supplies, and tools on an incidental basis.
• Cleans, dusts and wipes store furniture, arcades, and equipment; washes walls and glass surfaces; ladders when required.
