STARTING RATE : $14.00

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT : 18 Years Old

JOB SUMMARY :

The arcade attendant provides a safe and clean entertainment experience for our guests.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

This person must have excellent customer service skills and must enjoy working with children and adults alike.This person must create a friendly first impression when helping our guests and players. Basic money handling and math skills are required.This person must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.Must be able to read, write, and communicate verbally in English.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Must be alert at all times paying attention to children in the area creating a safe environment.
• Give out toys for redemption tickets.
• Keeping the Arcade areas in good condition, presenting a clean, wholesome environment.
• Represent the Company in a professional manner.
• Other job related duties as assigned and instructed by management.

CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPECTATIONS :

• Explain and demonstrate use of all arcade games upon request.
• Use the guest’s name with each and every transaction.
• Demonstrate 100% willingness to solve problems.
• Apologize for any delay.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of standing; walking over rough, or uneven surfaces; recurring kneeling, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, climbing step ladders, or similar activities; recurring lifting of moderately heavy items such as record boxes. The work may require specific, but common, physical characteristics and abilities such as above-average agility and dexterity.

WORK CONDITIONS :

The work environment involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions typical of such places as offices, meeting and training rooms, libraries, and residences or commercial vehicles, e.g., use of safe work practices with office equipment, avoidance of trips and falls, observance of fire regulations and traffic signals, etc. The work area is adequately lighted, heated, and ventilated.The work environment involves exposure to second hand smoke in a casino. This is a 24 hour/7 day a week work environment with varying shifts including weekends and holidays.
