What You Bring To The Table

• Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in food service or retail, preferably in a quick-serve restaurant (QSR)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull heavy objects, stand and walk constantly, and operate restaurant equipment safely

Compensation for Shift Managers is based on skills and experience, with starting ranges typically between $13.00 and $21.40 per hour, depending on location and other factors. For example, in Maryland, the range is $17.00 to $19.00 per hour.
